The Avalon Anchorage Marina has been in business since 1985. We are located at the end of 21st Street in Avalon, the last building on the right (right on the Bay).
During the summer season, the marina is open 7 days a week from 7am until 5pm. Breakfast is served from 7am until 12 noon, Monday thru Friday and 7am until 1pm on weekends and holidays.

With excellent development potential, owners have received state and local approval permits for the building of high end condos. Approvals include the retention of a ships store as well as a functioning breakfast and dinner restaurant.
